Sometimes you find exactly what you need in a store, but getting it picked up, paid for, and delivered is the part that slows everything down. That’s where DLVR steps in.
DLVR handles store pickups from major retailers and local shops across Las Vegas, making it easier to move items from shelf to doorstep without the back and forth.
How store pickup works with DLVR
We offer two simple ways to handle store pickups depending on how the purchase is made.
Option 1: Item already purchased
If the item is already bought, the process is straightforward.
The client provides:
First and last name on the order
Order number
A screenshot of the purchase confirmation
Any pickup instructions from the store
Once that’s submitted, DLVR goes to the store, picks up the item, and either delivers it locally or prepares it for shipping.
Option 2: DLVR purchases the item in store.
If the item has not been purchased yet, DLVR can handle that in person.
The client provides:
Screenshot of the exact item.
Confirmation that the item is in stock to include: quantity, color, and specific style.
Purchase price including tax.
DLVR confirms everything in store, purchases the item, and sends the client an invoice for the total.
The item is not delivered or shipped until the invoice is paid.
Payment process
Once the purchase is completed in store, the client receives an invoice that includes:
Item cost
Taxes
Any applicable service or handling fees
Payment must be completed before DLVR leaves the store with the item. This keeps everything clean, transparent, and secure for both sides.
Delivery or shipping options
After pickup, there are two ways to receive the item:
Local delivery
DLVR can deliver directly to the client’s location, whether it’s a hotel, residence, or event space.
Shipping the item
If the item needs to be shipped out, the client provides:
-A shipping label (created by the client) and emailed to us at dlvrlasvegas@gmail.com
-Standard online product specs can be used to estimate size and weight if needed. Once the label is provided, DLVR packages and sends the item out.
